The Spiritual Planet ships within the continental USA.
International Shipping to Canada is available for additional shipping fees.
We ship Monday through Friday except on US Federal Holidays.
Please allow 12-48 hours for order processing, after which you should receive a shipment notification by e-mail.
Some custom made items will need more processing time, but this will be stated clearly in the item description.
We are not responsible for any packages after they leave our facility, being lost by the carrier, the wrong address given, or any other circumstance beyond our control.
Route protection for damage, loss and theft is turned on for every product for a minimal fee, you have the option to forgo this protection by turning the slider to off in your cart.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love the items you purchased from us as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 14 days of receipt for a refund in the original form of payment, minus a $9.95 flat rate shipping charge.
Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged and these will be clearly noted on the product detail page.
Customized and Made to Order merchandise may not be returned and this will be clearly stated in the items description.
Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached, preferably in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for returns.
To initiate a return please email email@example.com with your name, e-mail, and Order ID# and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 2-3 business days and a refund (minus the $9.95 flat rate shipping charge) will be initiated. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank.
We’re happy that you love your items from us, and love to assist with exchanges if you need a different size/color/item/etc. You can exchange your item within 14 days of receipt.
If you would like to exchange an item, contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return of the previous item using the same process outlined above.
