We hope you love the items you purchased from us as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 14 days of receipt for a refund in the original form of payment, minus a $10.00 flat rate shipping charge.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached, preferably in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for returns.

To initiate a return please email support@thespiritualplanet.com with your name, e-mail, and Order ID# and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 2-3 business days and a refund (minus the $10.00 flat rate shipping charge) will be initiated. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank.
