Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached, preferably in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for returns.

To initiate a return please email support@thespiritualplanet.com with your name, e-mail, and Order ID# and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 2-3 business days and a refund (minus the $10.00 flat rate shipping charge) will be initiated. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank.
