Writing down your epiphanies and even just mundane thoughts can have a huge impact on your spiritual journey.
The first step is finding the perfect journal. Find a journal that sparks joy and gives off positive energy.
You can cleanse or meditate with the journal before you ever write down your first word. This will help you set the intentions of what you want out of this activity and to turn on the creativity and spiritual thoughts that you desire more of.
Dedicate this journal to just journaling, this will help keep you focused and your journal can become a place where you can be honest and manifest your dreams.
